摘要: 隨著科技的進步,行動銀行APP已成為人們日常理財的重要工具。本研究依據刺激-有機體-反應理論與自我決定理論,探討行動銀行APP要素如何有益於使用者的享樂價值與持續使用意圖。透過線上問卷調查方式進行資料收集,並以結構方程模式方法進行分析。本研究實證263份資料發現,行動銀行APP要素的介面設計品質、資訊安全與AI客服會讓使用者感受到有趣並享受在過程中的整體使用,創造出使用者內在動機的知覺價值感受(享樂價值),且此價值會進一步影響使用APP的持續使用意圖。另外,研究結果也發現享樂價值在各APP要素與持續使用意圖的關係中具有中介效果。最後,依據實證結果提出研究貢獻、管理意涵與未來研究方向。

How Mobile Banking APP Elements Benefit Hedonic Value and Continued Usage Intention: The Perspectives from SOR and SDT theory


Abstract: Mobile banking apps have become an important tool for people's daily financial management. Based on the stimulus-organism-response (SOR) theory and Self-Determination Theory (SDT), this study explores how mobile banking app elements benefit users' hedonic value and continued usage intention. We collected data through an online questionnaire survey and analyzed it using structural equation modeling method. This study empirically tested 263 app users and found that interface design quality, information security, and AI customer service of mobile banking apps make users feel entertained and enjoy the overall experience, creating hedonic value. The study further discovered that users' hedonic values increase their continued usage intention. The study also found that hedonic value mediates the relationships between the mobile banking app elements and continued usage intention. Finally, we proposed research contributions, managerial implications, and future research directions.
