摘要: 自西元 2020 年以來,新型冠狀病毒疫情爆發,人們在疫情下面對親友離世、 經濟壓力及對病毒的焦慮,引發各種心理問題,因此網路諮商更成為重要的趨勢, 不僅可降低實體諮商的營運成本,亦打破諮商時間和空間的限制;然而,網路諮 商的資料及紀錄等,皆屬於保密性資料,若遭到駭客入侵,則會嚴重影響個人權 益及網路諮商的信賴度。現行網路諮商系統多採集中式架構管理,以網站形式呈 現,容易造成單點故障及惡意竊取,對於使用者隱私威脅甚大。因此,本研究導 入區塊鏈技術結合智能合約,建立一套去中心化及自動化的網路諮商系統,可完 整且永久保存諮商紀錄,具備可追溯性及不可竄改性,並運用橢圓曲線密碼系統 的盲簽章技術和自我認證機制,確保資料的機密性、完整性及身分認證的安全性, 並避免憑證中心偽冒使用者身分。

Introduction of blockchain technology to strengthen the security of online counseling systems


Abstract: Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020, people have faced the death of relatives and friends, financial pressure, and anxiety, causing various psychological problems. Therefore, online counseling has become a crucial trend, which can not only reduce the operating costs of physical counseling but also break the limitations of counseling time and space. However, the data and records of online counseling are confidential information. If they are hacked, it will seriously affect personal rights and trust in online counseling. Current online counseling systems mostly adopt a centralized architecture for management and are presented in the form of websites, causing single points of failure and malicious theft easily and making a great threat to user privacy. Thus, this study introduces blockchain technology together with smart contracts to establish a decentralized and automated online counseling system. This system can save traceable and immutable counseling records. The system also uses the blind signature technology and self-certification scheme of elliptic curve cryptography to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data and security of identity authentication and prevent the certificate authority from forging user identities.
