摘要: 資訊科技與網路通訊技術的結合促成了電子化企業的出現,企業電子化是一種因應當前競爭環境變化的新經營模式,也是國內產業在知識經濟新世紀的發展方向。企業電子化是一個整合的企業應用系統,必須配合企業程序與管理方式的重新設計,才能發揮預期成效,因此在導入時將對組織造成強烈衝擊,其規劃與管理工作因而也特別重要。本論文針對企業電子化的規劃與管理進行探討,在整理相關文獻之後,提出一個電子化企業的規劃架構,同時針對企業電子化的管理策略進行分析。電子化企業的規劃架構包括三個主要單元,分別為研擬電子化企業策略,重新設計企業程序,以及設計電子化企業應用架構等。企業電子化的管理策略則可以分成二部份考慮,分別是企業電子化推動過程中的管理和電子化企業的管理。本論文並針對企業電子化規劃與管理的研究議題加以探討,彙整出一些重要的課題,作為未來研究方向之建議。

An Explorative Study of Planning and Managing Electronic Businesses


Abstract: The combination of information and computer communication technology enables the emergence of electronic business (e-business). The e-business is a new business model for enterprises to accommodate current competitive environment and provides a direction for the domestic industry to develop in the new century of knowledge economy. It is an integrative business application system following the new business procedure and new management method. This new system will bring the organizations drastic change and its planning and management are therefore very important. This paper explores the planning and management issues for the enterprises to implement e-business. After literature review, we propose a framework for planning an e-business. It has three components: establish the e-business strategy, redesign the business procedures, and develop the e-business application system. The management strategy of e-business has two important parts: the management in establishing an e-business system, and the management of an e-business. Finally, this paper also point out some important issues for planning and managing an e-business for future research works.
