摘要: 本研究主要目的為探討(1)數位學習系統使用者的「知覺易用性」及「知覺有用性」對「使用態度」之影響,及(2)「成長需求」在「知覺易用性」、「知覺有用性」兩者與「使用態度」間之調節效果。本研究以結構式問卷調查臺灣地區數位學習中心使用者,共完成195份有效問卷。研究結果發現:知覺易用性會正向影響知覺有用性與使用態度、知覺有用性亦對使用態度有正向的影響,而使用態度與使用意願間存在正向關聯。此外,我們亦發現成長需求同時在知覺易用性與使用態度,及知覺有用性與使用態度間之關聯具調節作用。根據研究結果,我們建議:數位學習業者應同時提升系統有用與易用性,並激發學習者的成長需求,以有效提升使用者的正向態度與使用意願。

Exploring the Attitude Differentiation on E-Learning Systems Based on TAM: The Strength of Growth Need as a Moderator


Abstract: The aim of this research was to explore: (1) the potential impact of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of e-learning system on attitude and intention to use, and (2) the possible moderating effect of the strength of growth need on the relationship between perceived ease of use and attitude, and that between perceived usefulness and attitude. One hundred and ninety-five users of the largest e-learning center in Taiwan were surveyed using structured questionnaires.We found that both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness were positively associated with attitude. Also, attitude was positively associated with intention to use. Furthermore, the strength of growth need could moderate both the relationship between perceived ease of use and attitude, and that between perceived usefulness and attitude. It is thus recommended that the e-learning center need to attract the users with device easy to use and usefulness. Meanwhile, it would also be helpful to stimulate users' growth need to enhance the positive attitude and intention to use.
