摘要: 本研究對國內五位知名成功之網際網路加值廠商的高階專業經理人進行個案深度訪談,根據訪談結果的內容分析,將網際網路加值產業發展軌跡區分為萌芽期、精煉期、理性成長期、服務導向期。研究結果發現,產業萌芽期時,廠商在網際網路基礎設施的既有架構上規劃組織的結構與制度設計,組織的存續取決於環境的主宰,可以族群生態理論解釋之;精煉期時,組織必須在網際網路基礎設施的協定下進行網際網路商業活動,組織的存續仍取決於環境的主宰,可以體制理論解釋之;理性成長期時,組織與外部專業機構合作建立網際網路行銷機制以取得生存,組織的存續取決於組織的行動力,可以資源依賴理論解釋;發展至服務導向期時,企業進行經營管理觀念的變革以創造競爭優勢,組織的存續取決於組織行動力,以資源基礎理論解釋之。

Exploring the Ecological Transformation of Internet Value-Added Industry in Taiwan-The Perspective of Open Plural Organizational Theories


Abstract: This study investigated the ecological transformation of internet value added industry in Taiwan in a perspective of open plural organizational theories. Five representative companies' top managers were deeply interviewed, and these collected data were analyzed by content analysis method. The results showed that in the first and second stages of ecological transformation of internet-value added industry in Taiwan, population ecological theory and institutional theory could sequentially explain the environment's dominant power in organizations' building, death and operation. In the third stage, resource independence theory could explain how organizations gained the necessary resources from other partners in the marketing channel to survive. Finally in the fourth stage, resource based theory could interpret how organizations develop valuable inner resources to take the competitive advantage in the competing market.
