摘要: 本篇文章首先回顧數位轉型的文獻，根據既有文獻提出數位轉型內涵的四項重要分析邏輯元素，在數位轉型已然是不可避免的現今商業環境中，我們可以藉由這四項元素及元素間的交互關係對企業數位轉型的形成、轉型的過程和轉型的結果開闢新的觀點及理論基礎，這些元素在中小企業中的意涵與挑戰又有所不同，透過本文中的分析及建議，加上數位轉型特刊中包含的三十篇個案，可以兼顧實務與理論，提供數位轉型的教學框架與案例，讓學生能對數位轉型有廣泛全面的理解。

Digital Transformation of Taiwan SMEs: Concepts, Issues and Cases

Abstract: In the present business environment where digital transformation is inevitable, we can use these four elements and the interaction between them to open up new perspectives and theoretical foundations on the formation, process, and results of digital transformation in enterprises. Through the analysis and suggestions in this paper, together with the 30 case studies included in the Digital Transformation Special Issue, we can provide a framework for teaching and learning about digital transformation, taking into account both practice and theory, so that students can gain a broad and comprehensive understanding of digital transformation.
