摘要: MIS是個新興的研究領域，其本身是管理與技術的結合，故跨越許多研究領域，如電腦科學 、管理科學、組織行為學等等。國內MIS研究亦只是在萌芽期，由早期的科技為主逐漸移轉至管理研究為主，而在管理導向的研究中，調查研究法(survey research)是最主要的研究方法。因調查 研究法強調理論模式的驗證，故在研究過程中(研究問題的選定與研究假設的建立、研究設計、資料分析及解釋、研究報告的撰寫等)非常注重邏輯架構與程序的嚴謹，是故每個調查研究者都須"步步為營"，稍有不慎則整個研究結果就可能完全錯誤。本文目的是針對MIS調查研究方法的每個步驟，經由相關研究文獻的搜集整理而歸納出每一個階段研究者常犯之錯誤、應住意的問題、以及學者提出的改善建議等。希望藉由此篇文章的提醒有助於國內MIS學者在利用調查研究法時有個指導的準則(guideline)。

Abstract: IS researchers are using survey methods as a means of determining and explaining practical phenomena. There is, however, growing concern over the rigor of the research performed by IS researchers. This study attempts to establish proper criteria to provide a comprehensive guideline for the use of survey method. Specifically, the discussions are based on different research stages (such as problem identification stage, research design stage, analysis stage etc.). Finally, several guidelines of MIS survey research are also proposed.
